      For as long as humanity has been around, technology has gone along side with it by making a great impact on each and every individual. It has quickly and easily helped us get from one place to another, and with the upbringing of the internet, not only has it made education much more accessible but it has also made learning for all grade levels much easier. One way that the invention of the internet has made education more accessible is by allowing everyone to communicate with one another.      Two ways that emerged after the invention of the internet was the use of E-mail and through video call. The use of E-mail has allowed teachers who are teaching in Kinder through 12th grade and professors stay connected with their students and their parents. Technology Support for Diverse Students

      According to the National Center for Education Statistics, There has been an increase of English-speaking students and students with disabilities in public schools. For instance, in between the fall school years of 2010 through 2020 the number of students has risen from 4.5 to 5.0. On the other hand, the number of students with disabilities has also risen from 6.4 million to 7.3 million within the span of about 11-12 years. As a result, it is up to us teachers to provide the appropriate technology that will support these students allowing them to be more engaged in the classroom. and what better way to do so than by implementing Assistive Technology in the class.      Assistive Technology can vary between hardware or software, and one good example of such software is the application Read&Write by Texthelp, which is available on Chrome and Windows devices. The Use of Technology in Education

  As time is changing technology is evolving with it as well. Alongside with the evolution of technology, there are different resources being developed that can help students and terachers in the classroom. These resources that can help improve the classroom are Khan Academy, Google Drive, Minecraft, and  Khan Academy Khan Academy is an educational resource that can be found on the web and can also be downloaded on Apple and Android devices. This resource is helpful because it helps students understand and apply what they learned in subjects such as Math, Grammar, and almost all the fields in the sciences. Khan Academy helps students understand the subject by providing videos to guide them. For example, if a student doesn’t understand multiplication, they can go to Khan Academy, search for multiplication, and they will find videos on that topic.
